Who doesn’t require visa?

Zambia Tourism Authority (ZTA) announced that there would be no VISA requirements for the United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Norway, Australia, China, South Korea, Gulf Estates and the European Union.

Nationals of the countries listed below do not require visas to enter Zambia. However, just like other non-citizen and non-residents arriving in Zambia by Air, they  must be in possession of valid return air tickets. Those arriving by land and water must have enough funds for their stay in and departure from Zambia.

Who needs visa prior to travel?

Zambian entry visas for nationals whose countries fall under this category require advance clearance by the Zambian Authorities. Applicants must apply for the visa through the Director General of Immigration prior to their arrival into Zambia. The applicant must receive a letter of approval prior to his/her travel. Applications for visas for this category must be made online through the eServices portal.
